Elockers has a strange way of providing service. At a party on Thursday night I left my sunglasses in the locker, the morning after. .. neatly and completely filled out the lost & found form with locker number + what event.Then I got an email with the option to either pay 15,- or leave a good review and then they went to work.This kind of thing I'm not going to encouragereadmore

Easy and quick to rent a locker on location, had no wait time. When we forgot to empty our locker after the festival and reported that. .. we were kept well informed about the process of the search. But communication was messy, it took 3 weeks before we knew where we stood: our stuff was gone. šŸ™readmore

During my anniversary, Elockers lockers were used. From moment 1 when we entered the venue I experienced without any.. . problem how easy it was to store my stuff and start my party. There were never any queues, all you had to do was scan a QR code and in less than 1 minute everything was arranged to open your locker. The lockers were large and easy to find because of the clear directions provided with them. Even when you are not looking very sharp, the lockers from Elockers are easy to use, so all your belongings are always safe and you can always leave your belongings behind without any worries!read more

Very disappointed in the service and handling of our complaints. Our lockers were properly locked, yet others could access them and put their. .. stuff in them. The code no longer worked. Total value of about ā‚¬150 lost. The email blamed us, which is unacceptable. The response was slow and not solution-oriented. We expected more responsibility and a better solution.read more
