General conditions visitors

By opening the locker you declare that you are familiar with and agree to the following terms and conditions of entropt B.V:

• You are personally responsible for the items in your locker at all times. entropt is not liable for theft, loss or damage to the items unless there is intentional or deliberate recklessness.
• We are authorized to refuse items or open the locker and examine the items at any time, even if the items are entrusted to us in a closed bag, suitcase or the like.
• We have the right to refuse or destroy items. When using the locker, you waive any claims for compensation.
• Do not keep items in your locker that exceed a value of €200.00. Under no circumstances are we liable for damages exceeding the aforementioned amount.
• The items must be picked up during the specified opening hours, at least immediately after the event, at least after the end of the period for which you rented the locker.
• The items will be returned to the person who can transfer or enter the key/pin code to that locker. So do not lose them!
• If key or PIN is lost or unusable, the deposit paid will be withheld and the items will be issued only if you can prove rightful ownership. You will receive the items back at the earliest after the event.
• If the objects have not been collected within the period for which custody has been agreed upon, we are authorized to store the objects at a higher rate. The costs will be borne by the user or the person claiming to be the rightful owner.
• After three months, all unclaimed items will be destroyed.
